Good site for engineers
The University of Vigo is a good place to study, especially in Engineering. The program is very technical and therefore has a good reputation.
In general what is studied is pretty good, the only thing to complain about would be the lack of more practical studies, hours in which they let you investigate how different machines work and so on.
