Student review [#8824] for Audiovisual Communication

Obviously, it has many things to improve, but compared to other Spanish public universities (I’ve been in 3 more and also by peer ratings from other universities) is practically the best.

The campus of Vera (Valencia capital) is in a unique location, with convenient access and all kinds of public transport. The campus itself is a large garden with all the equipment a city can have, from opticians to pharmacies, as well as several recreational and rest areas. The university has good facilities and offers endless sports and cultural activities.

The much smaller campus of Gandía is located a few meters from the beach of Gandia, one of the best national beaches. It is comfortable and living on the beach of Gandia during the course (not during summer) is very cheap and very comfortable, with renovated apartments with two bedrooms, two bathrooms and terrace for 300 euros per month. Obviously, the campus is not as impressive as Vera’s but it is newer and its facilities are magnificent. To study Audiovisual Communication, despite the complaints during the course, compared to other universities is clearly superior.

First, for the material. Secondly, because among mediocre teachers there are many very good ones. Finally, there is much more practice than in other universities, in addition to subjects such as animation in 2D and 3D that are not taught in other campuses.
As for the practices, nothing remarkable except one thing: the university treats the fellows as people. Requires companies that meet minimum conditions, such as schedule, register in the SS and minimum salary (€ 100).

Of course, there is always a teacher who should not be a teacher and there are many things to be polished, but it is undoubtedly one of the best options for studying in Spain.
