UPM is one of those universities, with such a good record, that you expect everything to work perfectly, or at least to work good. The situation with COVID at the beginning didn’t help either. Administrative procedures usually take a long time to be completed. But the worst was applying for Erasmus. People were asking me, “but the university helps, right?”, well, they tell you to ask anything, and after you ask: “the answer is in the website”. The procedure is tedious because the information is not clear.
