Worst experience ever

It has been the worst experience with a university both nationally and internationally. I signed up to get points on the competition scale and I made my intentions clear from the beginning. I spoke with those in charge because I wanted to be clear about when the TFM defense dates would be and if they could be brought forward if necessary. In several emails they told me that it would be done without a problem and at the moment of truth they left me and other students stranded and did not want to advance dates by 5 days, which was what we needed. I tried calling, also sending several emails, and they blocked me from the orientation, without answering our questions and without giving us explanations. The student advocate ignored our emails. They wash their hands of any problem and only care about the money they have earned.
The master’s degree has an irregular workload; 4 ECTS subjects require the same amount of activities and require the same hours of effort as those with 9 ECTS. The ICT subjects are completely outdated and not updated and the teachers read the slides directly, except for 2/3, so nothing is learned. I have lost money, energy, motivation and time. The
TFM tutors, for the most part, ignored us all and did not even respond to our emails.
Don’t get involved in this scam, there are better universities.
