The Bachelor’s Degree in English Studies at the University of Salamanca provides a comprehensive theoretical foundation, although it is sometimes overly traditional and poorly adapted to the current needs of the field. The methodology can become monotonous and repetitive if not complemented with practical experience. However, the Erasmus program represents the program’s highlight, allowing students to apply knowledge in real-life contexts, develop intercultural skills, and significantly enrich their academic and personal perspectives. Many of the professors leave much to be desired.
