The university of Salamanca is a great place where to study. The facilities are new and is planets of space for the number of students it can host. Furthermore, the doctoral program is complete and aims to educate high profiles.
The only thing I am definitely annoyed by is the excessive taxation the university illicitly apply to students with international scholarships. A problem that needs to be solved as soon as possible.
