Good university but with some defects

The University of Malaga is very well located, since the city is large and offers numerous cultural and leisure possibilities. The university campus is divided into two zones: El Ejido, very close to the city center, and Teatinos, with a more university atmosphere. Both areas are well connected, especially Teatinos consisting of subway.
As for the faculties, the facilities are fine but in general these are old buildings. This fact is especially notable in the Faculty of Science, as laboratories generally have old machinery.
With respect to the training, in the degree that I studied it was very complete, with a theoretical formation that provides a very good base to the students, combined with many hours of practice. As a negative point, in the degree in which biochemistry does not exist the possibility of doing internships in companies, although it is possible in the departments of the faculty itself.
On the other hand, the degree in Biochemistry, along with some more, was created in collaboration with the University of Seville under the brand of the Campus of Excellence; However, despite the advantages that it may entail, it also implies a deficient organization since both universities must carry the same teaching program. This means that on many occasions we have an overlapping program in which several subjects deal with the same points, the same instrumental techniques, etc.
Finally, although the degree is offered as bilingual, no subject is given in a language other than Spanish, although it is true that in the case of international students, teachers try to adapt to them.
