Hello!
I have been studying for more than two years in this university, specifically it is the Degree in Hispanic Philology.
As for my opinion, I can not say much about other faculties and their level, but I can say that the university, in general, is very active, many activities, competitions, projects are offered, but I also consider that It is a very active and successful university in terms of research.
As for the faculty of Philosophy and Letters, I have to say that, unfortunately, it is one of the faculties in which there is still much to improve, especially in the academic field. The number of students per class is often excessive, the teaching quality in some subjects leaves much to be desired, within the curriculum of careers of language and literature practices are not inserted (the information provided by the faculty on extracurricular practices is minimal ) and the service (like the library, the dining room …) can be improved. However, I have to say that, on the other hand, I have attended many subjects in which the teaching quality has far exceeded my expectations, all the teachers that I have met so far have been very nice and have always helped me when I needed it and that the faculty is growing little by little in every way.
In general, it is perhaps the faculty that receives the most Erasmus students, so it is very common that in a class there is at least a quarter of students from outside Spain and the treatment of foreigners is very good and very comprehensive (I can verify it from my own experience :)).
In general, I would recommend this university to anyone interested in studying in an international environment, but also to anyone looking for an environment in which they can easily access the training they want and who, possibly, want to dedicate themselves to research.
I hope that someone else can provide information about other faculties and careers and I hope that my opinion has served you!
Regards!
