Based on my experience so far, teachers at URV are very cooperative and they give quality teaching. Unlike some institutions where it is like to encounter teachers who are sometimes rude and harsh on students, URV has very calm lecturers who respect students so much. They do not only teach, but also motivate their students.

It is a great university in a friendly city. The students could have a good relation to ask doubts to the teacher and classmates. The instalations for some departments are quite good depending the degree you choose. I have only been in this university but I think that it is a good one for having a degree or erasmus.
