at Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya - UPC

The courses are intense with generally difficult exams and lots of assignments. Will cost you a lot of time to get good grades. Very good professors who know well in their field.
Facilities are not excellent but good enough for engineering training. Very good spacious and libraries.

Administrative organisation is a bit messy, but it does not matter much, just keep asking the office and they will answer.
