My experience at Advantere was very positive. The Master’s in Talent Management combines a holistic approach to people management with a strong focus on practical learning. One of the highlights was the Project-Based Learning (PBL) methodology, where we worked on real challenges presented by leading companies such as KPMG, allowing us to apply what we learned in real business contexts.

I especially appreciated the collaborative and international environment, as well as the balance between academic knowledge and professional development. I would recommend this program to anyone looking for a hands-on and innovative experience in talent management.

Advantere really builds on the sense of community. From a very horizontal perspective from the staff and professors to the diverse colleagues with different backgrounds. This feels like a safe place where you can explore and expand, it’s top class with the quality of classes and content. The university focuses a lot on reaching out to alumni that only builds more on the community

As a pioneer of this Master’s program (Class of 2022-2023), I highly valued the close collaboration across all departments, as well as the staff’s highly personalized support throughout our entire journey—from enrollment to graduation. I also appreciate the school’s active role in connecting us with career opportunities, helping us stand out to companies and step into the job market.

However, I believe the school should be more transparent with international students regarding the significant challenges of securing a role in Spain without a work visa; it is crucial to manage expectations so students do not arrive assuming the job search will be seamless.

On a positive note, I loved the Project-Based Learning (PBL) approach, which allowed us to work directly with companies, as well as the mentorship program, which provides invaluable professional networking. I highly recommend this Master’s. I would describe it as the most enriching experience you can have on a personal, professional, and technical level. It is a very intense year, but entirely worth it.

Advantere School of Management is a prestigious school of choice for international students looking to deep dive into the practical and progressing world of management and leadership. In the Master’s of Talent Management Program courses I particularly loved were compensation and benefits, people analytics and strategic management. Because the professors are well-seasoned in the corporate world, classroom discussions were never short of insightful, bridging the gap between academic theory and real-world execution. I graduated from Advantere not just with a degree, but with a data-driven, strategic mindset ready to tackle the future of HR and leadership.

I really liked Advantere, is a very profesional and personal university. Comming from a public university of Spain, getting to know all the professors and they know you it was an incredible experience. The Talent programme is very well structured and learning by PBLs really make a difference.

Great university, especially for the employability aspect, professors mostly great professors, maybe try to sponsor the university more through Comilla and Deusto and Georgetown University, cause it’s not clear the relation between the 3 institutions
