I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. Especially if you are a foreigner, they tell you that they have the required certifications but THIS IS NOT THE case. They only have it in Seville but not in Madrid (my case) for you to register they treat you the best but once inside they are the worst, they take days to answer your emails, if you need help or similar THEY NEVER GIVE IT TO YOU, it’s like a fixer alone. And it is not only my case, I have found out from other students who have gone through exactly the same situation and when you call to complain about that situation 1. They leave you talking alone and without warning they transfer the call 2. They talk to you as if they were doing you a favor , with airs of superiority, literally that ‘thanks to them one is in their country’ and other ironies and sarcasms that really surprised me and I COULD NOT BELIEVE what the administration told me and how the administration spoke to me. 3. With a lawyer and everything, I told them that THEY DO NOT HAVE THE CERTIFICATES TO TEACH CLASSES as they require in a visa and they deny it. The attention they give you is really deplorable, they leave you with a horrendous distaste. This “school” is the worst. To collect the first but nothing to provide any support.

I studied the Master in Graphic Design (6 month module) where I took two courses: Adobe Tools and Video Postproduction. I am totally satisfied with this experience. The teachers are excellent, with vast knowledge and special attention to each student. The classes were semi-face-to-face, due to covid-19, but the virtual system was practically like being in the classroom because of how well organized and the quality of the tools available for the virtual connection was. Beyond the teaching and facilities with such a good location, ample space and modern equipment, CEI Madrid’s greatest resource is its team of staff, from teachers to management and coordinators. I felt like I had their support at all times to help me make the most of my experience.

The teachers are excellent, vastly experienced and able and willing to provide special attention to each student. The classes where part virtual and part face-to-face due to the covid-19 situation. Taking virtual classes was just like being in class, however, it was so well organized and the tools available were flawless! Beyond the school facilites, with its great location and equipped with ample space and computers, CEI Madrid’s best resource is its staff. From the professors to the management and coordinators … I truly felt I could count on them to help me make the most of my experience there.

Everything has been perfect. My time at school was great, especially thanks to the teachers of graphic design and web development (I did the professional master’s degree in graphic design and web). It could improve some management nonsense but the training has been very good and the job board also.

I have started studying a master in this center. They sell you the course as something very practical that will help you find work in the chosen field.
I am currently finishing my first module and I am quite disappointed. I arrived eager to learn and practice. The first two or three weeks were very good. Everyone was very cordial and friendly, and the teacher was very motivated. All that changed to the third week after they sent us a survey to give our opinion about the course, the teacher and the school.
This teacher is very unmotivated and does not follow his own curriculum. We are a week away from finishing the course and we have not given all the material that is requested to carry out the project, and many classes are based on comparing other web pages with theirs or criticizing people who are dedicated to creating websites.
They have also put me a lot of problems in the secretariat. If you are going to enroll in this school, since it is cheaper than many others, keep in mind that if you do not ask for the labor guarantee, they will NOT inform you about it. And if you sign it, you have to do it before you start the classes. Many people did not know that and they have lost it. Also if you are subject to the labor guarantee you have a number of days left, if you spend that day even if you have proof you lose the labor guarantee.
I want to think that things will improve with the next module and that there will be other more professional and dedicated teachers. At the moment this is my opinion. If you are thinking about enrolling in CEI, review all the clauses before paying. They will not refund your money under any circumstances.
