I completed the MSc in Management with a specialization in Business Analytics at UPF Barcelona School of Management and had a very positive experience. The program provides a strong foundation in business while introducing analytics in an accessible way, even for students with less coding experience. The professors are knowledgeable, approachable, and often connect theory with real-world business, which made the learning process more engaging and practical.

The campus is modern, well located in the city, and has a very international atmosphere. Working with classmates from different backgrounds was enriching and motivating. The workload was reasonable and manageable with good time management.

One thing I would have preferred is a mix of morning and afternoon classes, as most lectures were scheduled later in the day.

Overall, it’s a well-balanced and valuable program for students looking to combine management knowledge with analytical skills in an international learning environment.

Pompeu Fabra University is one of the top institutions for business education in Barcelona. The professors are highly engaged in research, and the courses challenge you to think beyond traditional academic boundaries. This university fosters critical thinking, encouraging students to explore new problems and develop creative solutions. It has played a key role in shaping me into the independent thinker I am today.

I also had the opportunity to participate in an Erasmus exchange at Durham University, one of the top universities in the UK. Pompeu Fabra offers many other exceptional exchange programs around the world, not just in Europe but also in Asia, the Americas, and Oceania.

The university places great emphasis on building a strong student community and provides extensive support for whatever challenges you may face. There are numerous student associations to join, and mentorship programs that connect you with experienced peers who can guide you throughout these transformative years.

Without a doubt, choosing this university has been the best decision I’ve ever made, and the fact that it is in Barcelona is a bonus. It’s located in a very active and social city with a great transportation system.

My journey at Pompeu Fabra has been nothing short of inspiring. The university’s emphasis on research and real-world application ignited a fire within me to explore my field in depth. My professors were more than just educators; they were passionate mentors who challenged me to think critically and independently. The vibrant energy of Barcelona, combined with the university’s international focus, created an environment where I felt both stimulated and supported. UPF has equipped me with a robust skill set and a global perspective, preparing me to make a meaningful impact on the world.

I think the teaching methods here are quite good,I’ve loved the facilities, the personnel, almost everything here. Except for some course they were graded by TAs and somehow they may not be so objective maybe because they do not understand our cultural difference.

I studied my Bachelor in Business Management at Universitat Pompeu Fabra and I liked it a lot!

I think UPF is one of the best universities in Barcelona, mainly for Economic studies for many reasons:

First of all, the first years you get a good basis of the field you are studying (for example, I was studying Management but I had also the basis of Economics) and after you specialize in what you prefer. I think this is really good because having a good basis enables you to understand more and have bigger knowledge.
Also, it is an international university, since there are lots of Erasmus students and therefore, many classes in English.
Moreover, the teachers are really good, they have the best Curriculum you can imagine!
And also, the university gives lots of opportunities to students to find a good company where to do your internship, a good university where to do your Erasmus and even they try to help you looking for a job after your studies!

In general, I think you learn a lot in UPF and it gives you lots of opportunities to learn and improve!
