I enrolled in a postgraduate program in Data Analytics in 2020. During the pandemic, I received an email notifying me that the courses were suspended, which was understandable and normal under the circumstances. Later, the summary of classes was communicated just three days before they were set to start, without considering that someone might be unavailable. This was still acceptable, but not ideal. EADA assured us that the classes would be conducted online and recorded: I requested that they be streamed online but received no response. They were eventually streamed online, but the quality was terrible—there was no sound, and no possibility of interaction. I requested the recordings of the classes, but I received a vague, noncommittal reply. Four years later, I still haven’t received anything. Who knows? Very, very unprofessional. Off to ESADE.

EADA assured us that the classes would be taught online and recorded: I requested that they be streamed online, but received no reply. Finally, they were streamed online, but the quality was terrible: nothing could be heard and there was no possibility of interaction. I asked for recordings of the classes, but received a vague and uncommitted reply. Four years later, I still haven’t received anything. Who knows. Very, very little seriousness. I’m going to ESADE.
