Student review [#50865] for Bachelor of Arts in Sociology

I think Ukzn is fairly a good university probably lacking good management. What I don’t like about it is the working staff,they tend to delay our processes of registration by taking time to approve our application, they don’t provide feedbacks as to reason why your application is delayed,they don’t go an extra mile to help out the student.In my experience I had to do a change of curriculum I was then directed to the one whose apparently in charge for my college but he kept on referring me to his other colleagues who weren’t helpful,I ended up receiving assitant from a different ADOs College, in my waiting period class had resumed I therefore missed out on alot of work.
What I like about it is that they provide us with security so we feel safe as student within our residence,hospitality is good they keep the university clean,they fund student who are excelling academically and those who are in needy

I think it depends on which college are you in,for humanities student I wouldn’t recommend the university for them but as for other colleges I’d hear people speak highly of the management there and how they are good in assisting student.
