I had difficulty with my online application being processed as the document being uploaded wasn’t received. I had the most amazing service from the support staff. She guided me step by step checked in assured and provided timescales. She even came back to me the following day just to let me know the documents has been received. Well done as dealing with online services can be quit troublesome and one isn’t always sure of the progress…
