Bad services to students
I applied online and they sent me an email saying I must call the RPL Department within 14 days for them to process this application, so I tried calling and the phone doesn’t even ring, I then decide to send an email and no one will respond when you call admission they take their time to answer your phone. After they have finally answered the phone they tell you RPL works from home but my question is why aren’t they responding to emails if they don’t have access to phones at home?
I even got an email but she also doesn’t respond. When you go to the main campus they also say they can’t help you and even if they can help you they want you to pay for them.
