efficient educational delivery throughout covid-19
UKZN has provided an excellent education delivery throughout the covid pandemic through remote learning. Lecturers were efficient in teaching and delivering of work. Students were a priority and the university was efficient in service delivery of data plans and recorded videos, lecturers were contactable. Workload was manageable and consideration of loadsheding and internet consideration was taken into account when performing tests and assignments
