The university as a whole generally doesn’t seem to care about responding to emails and generally don’t answer call. There are always delays in everything and the support staff is always making excuses and not taking accountability for poor service and communication.

Unisa is a great environment as it is an open, distance e-learning institution . The experience thus far has been great, i have learned independacy and responsibility throughout. It also allows you to study while you work.

It’s one of the best universities in south africa I will recommend it to anyone who wants to graduate with high grades. It has best lectures and nice accommodation. It offers students best learning stationery.

I am a first year student at UNISA and I have had an amazing experience. Apart from the challenges of studying fully online it is also given me the ability to navigate the world of today through technology and equipping for the world to come in the 10 or 20 years to come. It has given me the ability to be a self starter and being disciplined and motivated. Over all this is the school that has given me the courage to try something new and scaring to me.

I love studying at Unisa because I am one person who enjoy reading and studying alone. I love the fact that I attend my classes online via Teams. Another thing about the university is that they provide data for students to get access to internet to do some research they need and also be able to log into the online classes. I love my university and I would recommend anyone who is focused to study alone and determined about his/her school work.

I enjoy studying at UNISA because it is a distance learning experience. You study at home and write exams at home and also attend classes virtually. I don’t like how they take time to respond to students email queries. I like how they help us with data so we can be able to attend the virtual classes and access our student portals.
