North-West University is one of the best universities for nutrition research, and studying here has been a very positive experience for me. The learning environment is supportive, welcoming, and well structured, which makes it easier to focus on both academic work and personal growth. The lecturers are knowledgeable, approachable, and always willing to guide students, especially when it comes to research and academic writing. Through my studies, I have gained a deeper understanding of nutrition and how it applies to real-life health challenges, particularly in the South African context as well as internationally. I have also been exposed to different research methods, data analysis, and critical thinking skills, which have helped me grow steadily as a researcher. Being at North-West University has increased my confidence in my academic abilities and motivated me to aim higher in my career.

I really appreciate the workers, from security to cleaners. And how well the corporate with students. The only providing is during orientation they don’t provide food for all first years and they have to be available from , 7 am till 8pm during orientation.

NWU gave me a strong start. Lecturers are approachable, orientation week was welcoming, and the library resources are excellent. The workload is heavier than expected, but tutoring programs help. Diversity makes campus life vibrant and inclusive,
