I truly enjoyed my time at Nelson Mandela University, from the vibrant campus life to the way lecturers conduct their lectures. I believe that university can often feel stressful, but NMU makes the experience more manageable by creating a supportive and engaging environment. The university incorporates student-focused events, provides exposure to real-life marketing opportunities, and invites organisations such as Red Bull to interact with students. These initiatives make the overall experience both enriching and enjoyable.

I also appreciated how intentional the lecturers are with student learning. They do not rely solely on theoretical knowledge but also supplement it by inviting experts in the field to share practical insights. This allows students to experience both worlds; the academic and the professional and gain valuable exposure beyond the textbooks.

I would highly recommend Nelson Mandela University to anyone looking for a well-rounded, supportive, and engaging university experience.

I would highly recommend Nelson Mandela University. This university cares about its student’s education, the lecturers go an extra mile to ensure that the students have all the knowledge they need to know. I like that Nelson Mandela University cares about its student’s learning, the lecturers do not only focus on the theoretical knowledge but also incorporate inviting substantiate are in that particular field to give a talk and expand or add more on what the lecturer has already taught.

This university also cares about the well being and health of its students. In my honours year, our Department, the Department of Industrial and Organisational Psychology formed a running club so that the students can have a balanced life and not only focus on their studies but also on their health.
