I had a good time at orientation although I was late because I had to go get financial aid sorted out but the lines were too long and there was only one person working so I had to leave and go to orientation. At orientation I made a few more friends

I enjoyed my orientation amidst getting lost between buildings, getting a campus tour and making friends. Wonderful experience with my buddy helping and answering the questions that I had. It was overall the best experience I’ve had so far in my life.

This is going to be my first year and I am already feeling so motivated to study hard and enjoy my social life as well. My buddy is such a sweet person and very energetic as well and she brings a positive vibe as well. The cumpus is so beautiful and I am very ready to thrive in my first year.

it’s great so far, would definitely recommend it. all the lecturers i have met so far seem very friendly and are also willing to help you. the first year orientation with the FYS buddies has been extremely helpful

At first it just felt like we were receiving so much information and it was overwhelming, but I got more comfortable after every day of orientation. I’m sure things will become even easier as soon as lectures start and I have a routine to follow. It will also allow me to know what I’m still unsure about.

I enjoyed the physics and chemistry department. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful and they make you feel welcomed. The orientation was very informative and helpful. The staff were eager to answer questions and provide valuable information to help us succeed in our first year at university

It is a very good university,with very good values and everyone is so welcoming and it’s very easy to seek for help when you are struggling with something.i would really recommend the university because it is were you can have a very good varsity experience,learn more and gain skills and knowledge.

The day throughout was really enjoyable. I was not at all bored and loved getting to know each and everyone. The buddies helped me enjoy the day to the max. They helped me look forward to my future ahead at nmu

I had a good time in my undergraduate degree my lectures were very kind and would help a lot but the residence situation might not be the best but I love the place and the beach being near the school it was a ten for me the accommodation is very affordable and making friends is easy.
