I personally think that NWU is one of the best choices I’ve made my entire life. In the 3 years of pursuing my science degree, I was supported by a majority of warm and inviting lecturers who were always willing to go beyond the call of duty to assist. They provided me with academic support in terms of extra lessons when needed via consultations and they went as far as providing some career experiences and advice when promted to.
In addition to the satisfactory academic skills I’ve gained, I can say with certainty that I have also gained so many personal skills through my leadership experience. The NWU has cultivated QUITE the young leader in me.
I’ve grown from being a shy person to being the person who always takes initiative, always enquires and always responds. I’ve really become confident like that and I’m certain it shows in all the rooms I’ve walked into and the slaves I’ve occupied.
