Currently in my final year and the experience has been excellent.
From the environment, lecturers and professors to workers.
As an international student, I was welcomed home and the personal growth, team building, networking and professional skills learnt at NWU have helped me achieve so much in 2 years and looking forward for more .
I have tutored students, peer mentor first year students to ease their social ability and adapting to university life at NWU.
I have been a student assistant for several modules like CMPG 112, STTN 124 and looking forward to more positions this year .
Navigating through my first year, first semester was not so easy as I was a shy student with communication problems , isolating myself, but when I return during the 2nd semester I made a strong decision through the influence of campus support services(peer mentor), and everything changed since then .
I excelled in my studies , becoming one of the best student in practical Statistics, and striving for more while setting goals,planning and managing time effectively.
With more efforts , I had an overall distinction during my 2nd year and looking forward to more successful final year, as I am excited to finish my degree this year while seaking opportunities for a postgrad degree.
Thank you North West University for building me up to who I am today , purple team army.
