Throughout my studies, I have encountered lecturers who are not only knowledgeable in their fields but are also passionate about teaching and dedicated to student development. Their commitment has played a significant role in strengthening my understanding of my course and building my confidence.

This can be frustrating, especially during times when urgent assistance is required. Improving the efficiency of student support services would greatly enhance the overall student experience and reduce unnecessary stress.

Despite this challenge, I would still highly recommend Walter Sisulu University. The positive impact it has had on my personal growth, academic journey, and professional readiness far outweighs the negatives. The university has contributed significantly to the person I am today—more confident, more knowledgeable, and better prepared for the future.
