Studying ICT in Business Analysis at DUT has been a journey of growth, especially because I started with online learning and later transitioned to contact classes. The online phase was challenging at first, but the lecturers provided clear resources and support that helped me adjust.
Moving to contact learning made a huge difference. The face-to-face interactions, group activities, and practical sessions helped me understand concepts like systems analysis, project documentation, and business processes more deeply. What stood out the most was how engaging the lecturers became in person—they explained things better, encouraged questions, and made the content feel more real.
Campus life also added to the experience. Being around other students made collaboration easier and created a motivating environment. However, there were moments when communication and scheduling could have been more organized.
Overall, the programme has equipped me with valuable technical and analytical skills. The combination of online and in-person learning made me more adaptable, and I feel more confident about entering the ICT field.
