Human Resource Management was an English taught program, one of the very few. I myself spoke Serbian so I did not have a hard time communicating with other students and professors but I do think other internationals struggled a little bit to fit in. One key thing I will mention is that having a car in Belgrade is a MUST!! The city is quite big and the public transport is not great. It is usually late, confusing or uncomfortable to use. The uni itself is not that big but it has everything it needs except a proper restaurant/cafe/canteen. As for the study in my opinion HRM was taught well, we had a lot of material on it and I was excited that I could additionally pick an elective language. I cannot speak for other programs but HRM at Singi would be a good choice if you’re from the Balkans or familiar with the Balkans.
