First, the negative: this school isn’t listed as a school in Germany, making recognition of qualifications difficult. Positive: Close to reality, very well-structured modules, hard but effective and a good base for the worklife.

Good option for those who wish to upgrade their knowledge, gain different perspective and business approach to what you already do.

Student Support is very fast, super-responsive I think I have never waited an answer to any inquiry more than 10 minutes.

Business Coaches are professionals in their fields of expertise and are quite good in delivering their knowledge.

I like the fact that you are expected to follow strict deadlines when it comes to exams and writing projects, which has made me to organize my time better and more efficient.

Overall, good experience, and if I would have to do it again, I would choose the same business school.

I thoroughly appreciated the program’s flexibility, which enabled me to live and work in three different countries while pursuing my online MBA. Initially, comprehending the materials independently seemed daunting without peers to engage with. However, my coach consistently provided honest feedback, dispelling any misunderstandings. Additionally, the program supported me in crafting a business strategy for my upcoming startup venture. Overall, it was certainly worth the investment. The only enhancement I would suggest is EU accreditation, which regrettably remains absent.

I have the pleasure of sharing with you my experience at two of the most prestigious business and management schools. After two years of hard work in the dual DBA program between two honourable business schools, SSBM in Switzerland and EMAS in Russia. I have been looking for a program that combines business theory and practice for several years. In other institutions, I found very good theory but little practice. At EMAS I found the perfect combination of business theory and practice. Studying at EMAS has been a great learning experience for me. I am very grateful to the teachers, business coaches, student support specialists and the Rector for all their attention and support during my studies.

When I saw the course outline I was excited and as I began to study it became even more intriguing. What I found most interesting was the practical approach to every course. It gave me the right tools to apply to my everyday work and life. For instance I was able to apply Time Management, Project Management, Process Management and even Sales skills while still studying the same, to achieve very positive results, both in my personal life and in the company where I work. I even extended some of my learnings to my team members at work, like getting them to carryout psychometric tests I got from the study to determine personality types and how best to structure the team for performance. I learnt the interconnections and dependencies in business and how there are best suited cultures for each strategy/goals of a company. In all it has been a very interesting time well spent. A warning ⚠️ though, it has not been a walk in the park – very hard work. As the saying goes, nothing good (quality) comes easy.

This program is mostly linked to the practical work. You will also be trained in theoretical tools, but most of these were already part of the previous training. I really enjoyed the training. It has a high international standard. The learning management system is well developed and the student care is timely and helpful. If you are a self starter, the program is well worth considering.

As a student at the end of my career rather than the beginning, I was looking for somewhere to teach me business in a different way, not more of the same. EMAS has given me a new perspective, a new set of resources and new connections. There are some language difficulties and some frustrations with studying outside of your comfort zone. But EMAS was just the fresh injection of thoughts and ideas that I was looking for.
