We pay a lot and we don´t have the best conditions. We have good teachers but there are a lot of teachers that are not that good at teaching and don´t give the best grades. The computers are old and it´s difficult to work with them.View more
The design bachelor’s was better than I initially expected, even though my expectations were largely positive. I’ve received a great deal of knowledge, delivered by skilled professionals.
The faculty’s facilities were not new, nor the equipment cutting edge but they were updated and very well kept working without any problems most of the time.
The assignments provided me with plenty of hands-on experience and the presentations helped me develop my confidence as a professional.
Although I didn’t use student accommodation on campus there was a vibrant student life with plenty of activities.View more
Lusófona University is a good school when it comes to social life, it’s fun, you meet a lot of different ethnicities and everyone is really friendly and polite. When it comes to professionalism, the teachers in the university are not very organized or empowering of student rights, I’m not saying all of the teachers are like that, whatsoever, a lot of them are great too, but when it comes to student rights they don’t really care, you can complain all you want about a problem, the directory of some courses won’t really do anything to change, it really depends on the teachers and directors of your course. But after all it’s a good school.View more
Lusófona is a great university, we have a good schedule that helps when we are on our evaluation so it’s easier, we also have good teachers they are very kind and they are really good at explaining the subjects they also are very available to help us, especially when we have assignments, the accommodation of the university it’s great we have a lot of technology in our classrooms that help us.
To conclude Its a great college and make our student life easier and make us have more time for ourselves.
Unfortunately the university it’s not open for international students, they don’t have any English courses, the professors are not helpful with any of the materials, the international department it’s very slow, never replies to any of the emails or useful information, etcView more
So far my experience has been mainly positive. I do have some complaints about some teachers (inappropriate, missing class without warning, getting to class late), but apart from that, I’m really glad to have had this experience. Another thing that bothers me is that the university itself is very bureaucratic, and it’s hard to sometimes get what you need from the services available.View more
I think it’s a great program to learn communication design, and it’s not too stressful so we can develop our creativity easier. It will help open the horizons so we will be good professionals. However, I’m missing some problem-solving within the creative projects.View more
It’s not very organized, the structure of the university, in general, is not very admirable.
As for the treasury and secretariat issues, many times for simple documents it is necessary to pay extremely high fees to receive them in a very long period!!!
