University of Minho is in the top 500 of the Shanghai Ranking’s Global Ranking of Academic Subjects. Being one of the best in Portugal This is divided into two campuses being one of them in Braga and another in Guimãraes. The academic environment is exclusive and full of traditions. It has canteens and university residences. It has great conditions to study outside the classroom, being these library, rooms open 24 hours a day, laboratories open to students. Regarding my course, this is taught at the campus of Guimarães, being the best place in Portugal to study electronics due to its high practical component that prepares students for real situations. This University has many non-profit associations / cultural groups. One of them being EESTEC, a European non-profit organization for students in the field of electronic engineering and computer science, which helps a lot to develop hard and soft skills by attending events across Europe.
