Studying at the Medical University of Wroclaw is both a dream and a challenge for me. I have always wanted to become a doctor, and here I have the opportunity to learn from the best. One of the most unforgettable experiences was participating in practical classes at the hospital, where I could observe real medical cases. My goal is to specialize in cardiology, and the knowledge I am gaining here is invaluable. However, the intensity of the study program is a challenge – sometimes it is difficult to find time to rest. Despite this, the support from my colleagues and lecturers helps me get through difficult times. I expected medical studies to be demanding, but the reality exceeded my expectations in terms of both difficulty and satisfaction.

As an international student, I was initially nervous about adjusting to life in a new country, but the university made the transition much easier than expected. The professors are highly knowledgeable, and the teaching methods are focused on both theory and practical application, which I find very effective. The clinical placements, especially at some of Wrocław’s top hospitals, provide invaluable hands-on experience that really prepares us for the future. What sets this university apart is the strong sense of community among international students. There’s always someone to help with any issues, and the international office is supportive. The city of Wrocław is also a huge advantage – it’s vibrant, affordable, and full of student-friendly spots. While the coursework is challenging, it’s exactly what I was looking for in a medical program. The only area for improvement would be the administrative side, which can sometimes feel a bit slow, but overall, it’s a fantastic place to study medicine.

I consider these universities worth studying there. It is at a high level compared to Polish medical universities. It is well-equipped and has nice professional lecturers. The only thing I would change are frequent organizational problems and lack of good communication with the university authorities.

Overall i like my university. Most of the classes are interesting although there are some that i see as useless. Nevertheless an enormous plus of my uni are the professors as about 90% of them are fine teachers that do not try to fail you.

Overall a really good experience, would recommend. The staff are professional, it’s a welcoming environment. The classrooms are well equipped etc. My colleagues are friendly and open. Going to class here feels really good. Very pleased with my course.

I would recommend students interested in med-school choose Wrocław Medical University because it provides an overall high level of education and good future career prospects. Although not everything is always well organized the general atmosphere feels like a healthy environment for studying.
