I’m a full time Polish student at WUST Architecture faculty currently doing my Master’s. Since I’ve started, I experienced only remote studies, which were more efficient compared to the physical ones on Bachelor’s. Maybe it’s because it’s a different study degree. Teachers are really supportive and have a great knowledge to share, but I must say that you have to do a lot of work – last semester we had 3 big projects and other courses, which were not that important in my view. The good aspect is that you’re working in teams, which is essential in future work. The best course for me was Urban Project with a teacher who was doing his PhD. I believe that his input was valuable and his advice was truly constructive. At the faculty, there are many tutors who have a similar approach. Compared to other universities I’ve heard of from my fellow students, I would recommend studying Architecture at WUST – you’ll gather vast knowledge, although you have to be prepared for some personal work (which will pay off in the end).
