Psychology is the favourite science for students who want to get into the depths of human feelings. This is considered to be the science of mind and behaviour. More specifically, psychology wants to explore the way people think, act, and feel, by appealing to the emotional side of people.
Passion can lead students to choose this specialisation. It is not considered a difficult one, but it is not very easy to approach, as the theoretical elements of the discipline are combined with the practical ones.
After studying Psychology, students choose to specialise in a particular sub-field. Depending on their preference, they can choose between Biological Psychology, Cognitive Psychology, Comparative Psychology, Developmental Psychology, Personality Psychology and many others.
Psychology is a great opportunity to get to know each other better and to get to know others. Thus, students who are looking to understanding human behaviour, feelings and mind gain an inside vision of what these notions really mean and what determines people to make certain decisions and act under different circumstances.
The employment rate among Psychology graduates has grown in recent years. Salaries are satisfactory, and young people can focus either on psychological services in schools, hospitals, treatment centres, clinics, depending on the specialisation chosen. Furthermore, Psychology graduates can integrate a career in social media, marketing, and advertising, as they understand best the reasons why people choose to make decisions according to what they see in real life.
In the four years of Bachelor studies, graduates acquire the necessary knowledge to practice Psychology, initially learning the underlying theoretical notions. These notions become an important starting point in their career, seeing later how practice blends very well with theory. It should be noted that on the labour market, students who hold a Bachelor’s degree are much more appreciated and have an advantage over those who follow simple courses.
A Master’s program usually lasts between 2 and 3 years, coming as a complement to the Bachelor’s courses. Master courses have a much more loaded curriculum and a great deal of information. A Doctoral program is dedicated to students who want to do research in Psychology in various institutes or to become teachers. This has a duration of between 5 and 7 years.
I am genuinely content with the university it’s self but one thing I like about the university it’s self is the appearance, the classrooms are modern and very up to date with technology and makes learning easier
View moreIf you’re a person who likes to travel this university will be great for you because they offer an exchange program after one year of studying so you can apply and actually find yourself on another continent. I recommend this program because it will give you many cultural ideas and views, especially for a person like me who is studying psychology, social psychology in specific you will have the option to apply what you would have learned
View moreI would to like to highlight that my school’s programs and modules are relevant to what psychologist actually do and we encounter real life problems and you can tell that this is a type of a degree when you finish you’ll actually be knowledgeable
View moreThis is a good university it is a private university and you’ll feel that you’re in premium service the infrastructure is new at the school itself and is located conveniently even when we’re doing onsite lessons i wouldn’t struggle to attend lectures and personally I would recommend it to someone who want to learn at a private university and their fees is affordable as well not to forget
View moreI loved the communication aspect of it I applied for my studies whilst I was in another country because I am a foreigner, I got a reply after 2 days and received a conditional letter and this was 4 months before the semester was about to start this gave me ample time to prepare my visa requirements and funds as well. The University even accepted that I pay my fees on a semester basis which is very flexible and convenient for me because I got the chance to start my studies sooner but I was not happy when I arrived that they kept delaying to give me my student ID cards and when I called they would keep pushing dates
View moreActually, we have great teachers at the university. But lessons programs are weird. University management is terrible for students. The student affairs office is soo slowly and there are not useful for students. And the campus is soo modern but I think we need an outside area.
View moreMy program is quite good, also some teachers. But it can be better with various choices in our lesson programmes. And also there aren’t enough activities in university like a teach free Polish classes or sports activities.
View moreI am glad that I chose AEH for my master’s in psychology, excellent qualified faculty, they prepared me for the current profession, they help a lot with the real-time situation that a psychologist going to face, I suggest 10/10 for international students.
View moreThey motivate and believe in the abilities of their pupils all the time. During the lectures there is an opportunity for discussion, even if you do not agree with the professor – he will willingly enter into substantive polemics without judging you, through which he tries to understand your point of view. AEH is a great university, with great people and a great atmosphere. I can recommend this university to everyone with a clear conscience! Yours nice and warm!
