As a foreign student, I was really surprised with how nursing is laid out as a program. The depth each module goes into. I expected to learn a little bit of first aid and then practicals in the hospitals and that’s it. The learning process is very thorough. No stone left unturned, there’s a lot of modules I didn’t even know about that will help if you decide to specialize. I appreciate the stimulation centre, it better prepares you for the outside world. Sometimes the pressure can be too much though. The classes on weekends, the short summer break because of exams in this specific program… there’s barely any time off. I recommend it to anyone who is willing to be focused on school 100% because really there won’t be time for anything else. And you have to be willing to sacrifice a couple of weekends
