Choosing Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań (UAM) for my Master’s in Biotechnology was the best decision! Coming from a large university in the US, I was looking for a more focused and independent learning experience, and UAM delivered. The small class sizes were fantastic – I got personalized attention from professors and really felt like I could contribute to discussions.
Poznań itself is an amazing city. It’s got a young, energetic vibe with tons of cool cafes, pubs, and historical sites to explore. Plus, it’s incredibly affordable, which is a big bonus for students.
Sure, there were a few hiccups with communication during the application process, but once I got here, everything fell into place. If you’re looking for a challenging academic experience that encourages independent thinking, in a city that’s both vibrant and affordable, UAM is the place to be!
