The university’s diversity is evident through its wide range of societies and student activities. The campus offers an aesthetically pleasing environment with various spaces to explore. Teachers are highly supportive, encouraging student engagement. They possess extensive knowledge and present lectures in an interesting manner. The provided contact hours are sufficient, and arranging additional sessions with tutors is easily facilitated.
View moreThe University of Gdańsk is highly regarded for its commitment to delivering top-quality guidance. It enjoys international recognition as an educational institution equipped with excellent facilities that make tutoring highly convenient for students.
View moreAs a student of Criminology and Criminal Justice which is a course conducted completely in English, I am not fully happy with the language skills of some of the lecturers. To be honest, during some lectures I felt like students speak better English than professors. Additionally, there haven’t been more than 3 international lecturers, despite promises made by the faculty’s dean.
When it comes to the content of the program itself, it’s not bad. The lectures and tutorials are interesting, although, in my opinion, it’s more law and not criminology focused, which I don’t like.
The University campus is really nice. Faculties offer good food in different cafeterias, the library is big and comfortable to study in. There are many places to spend breaks between lectures in. I can’t complain about student life at all. I haven’t experienced living in student accommodation, but I know people who have and they are satisfied.
