The campus is large, and it still is. The only problem I encountered back then was the issue of the ratio of the number of students and the number of elevators in the Andrew building. Airconditioning units and computers (still in CRT then) were old in some classrooms and computer laboratories.
The professors all had their distinctive personalities, where our fates lie. Servers would crash then due to the number of students accessing the website during enrollment.
Student life would be dependent on what your passion is. Various organizations are available and they don’t require you to be in a certain department/specialization to join. It was already internationalized before, but maybe so much more now.
Career-wise, you’ll get to where you want to go with or without the school name. But, the alumni office and the job expo prepared by DLSU – Manila makes it easier to try for companies. Depending on your field, it could be competitive or may be smooth sailing, nonetheless, your skills honed by the school and by your very self will speak for themselves.
