Terrible student support. I’ve been trying to finalize my enrollment for over two weeks now, as I only need five more subjects to complete my degree. Everything is online now, and I’ve submitted three support tickets. Two of them were closed as resolved with a request for more information (which means you have to start a new ticket from scratch). I submitted the third ticket and have been waiting six days for a response from their student support department. I decided to call, and here I am writing this review after being on hold for an hour. If you can avoid the opportunity to study at this university, take it.
