If you are planning for a balance between the study and want to enjoy life to its full extent, I prefer to get admission to Punjab University Lahore, because of its infra, super experienced faculty and overall development atmosphere. This uni is good for its science wing, due to its infra.
Punjabi University Lahore is good for engineering, M.Phil., and literature and is not so good in the science field, unfortunately. I have my Grad from this uni and have not gotten a chance to learn much. Research is just not optimum. It would be cool if people here just try to concentrate on their work then only research could be saved in this uni.
