Discipline is the main feature of my alma mater as well as my current workplace. Pakistan comes underthe category of underdeveloped countries. I spent 9 years and 6 months in serving GCU Lahore. But due to less job opportunities, I wouldn’t get a chance to secure my job with a permanent position there.
Due to less job opportunities in Pakistan, the big hurdle for a sincere, dedicated and hard-working person is the nepotism and favorism. Those are hired permanently who have reference without their capabilities.
