It’s a good university if you lack communication skills and if you are not social.Studying in this university will improve your communication and interaction skills! So I would urge everyone to take admission in this university!
View moreIf I had to recommend this university then I’d recommend it for majors other than AI. Since AI is a new subject here I haven’t seen teachers who can teach AI well. It’s mostly self study thing. I really want my university to collaborate with different companies for students’ Final Year Projects but unfortunately this doesn’t happen. I like my university but I’d rate it 7/10
View moreThe university provides an open environment to explore your interests. The faculty is cooperative and supportive. Being located in Islamabad, it attracts students from all over Pakistan, giving you the opportunity to experience and learn about diverse cultures.
View moreI studied BS Electrical (Telecommunication) Engineering at COMSATS University Islamabad and overall, it was a good experience. The labs are well-maintained with updated equipment, which is great for learning the technical side.
However, one major drawback is the lack of practical exposure. The program is mostly theory-focused, which isn’t ideal for an engineering degree that should emphasize hands-on work. Research culture is also weak, students aren’t really encouraged to write papers or get involved in research, which could help in their future careers.
Another issue is the class timings, they’re scattered throughout the week. Some days you have morning classes, some evening, and sometimes both, which makes it really hard to manage a part-time job or internship.
That said, the academic environment is solid, and with a bit more focus on practical learning and better scheduling, the experience could be even better.

They have well equipped classrooms with the best faculty. Furthermore, the huge campus have facilities for libraries and extra curricular activities for students.
