I’d say the experience has been a mix of good and challenging. The lecturers are generally knowledgeable and passionate, especially in core education courses as I’m a student of the faculty of education , but sometimes the teaching methods feel outdated while they simultaneously lean a bit too much in the independent student learning direction. Facilities are okay but could definitely be better at least in my faculty, the classrooms are usually spacious and okay, the more populous departments conduct their lecturers in halls and access to resources like internet is student independent. On the bright side, there’s a strong sense of community among students and an enhanced social experience, the faculty tries to involve us in seminars and there are compulsory practical teaching experiences. Overall, it’s an above decent place to study education, but there’s room for improvement in infrastructure and student support.
