First and the best.
The University of Ibadan, is the first and best. The campus environment is attractive, and secure and has good infrastructures (hostels, offices, and classrooms) for the students and staff. Courses are taught by lecturers who are highly intelligent and knowledgeable. As a Special Education student, I have really learnt through practicals in the child’s clinic.
