What I liked:
_•_The University of Benin provides a solid academic foundation, with lecturers who are knowledgeable in their fields.
_•_There are diverse programmes and opportunities to meet people from different backgrounds, which broadened my perspective.
_•_The campus environment is lively, with student activities that promote networking, leadership, and personal development.
_•_The library and research facilities were helpful resources during my studies.
What I didn’t like:
_•_Administrative processes, such as registration and result processing, were sometimes slow and stressful.
_•_Infrastructural challenges like irregular power supply and limited classroom space made learning less convenient.
_•_Strikes and academic disruptions affected the flow of the programme, causing delays in graduation timelines.
Overall:
Despite the challenges, studying at the University of Benin was a rewarding experience that prepared me academically and personally. With improvements in infrastructure and administration, the university could be even better.
