I had a unique experience in University of Lagos (Unilag) that has shaped me into an independent individual. I learnt to do things myself with the best of my efforts, which is essential for success. However, it is not all smooth sailing considering the challenges, but with determination, I achieved all my goals.

The University of Lagos is a great school, socially and depending on your department educationally too, with a great community of people, willing to interact with you, no limitations what so ever, and in terms of safety, there is a whole board of security in the school, with a 24-hour surveillance system also protecting the school. It is located very close to a lagoon, giving the school recreational spaces for various extra curricular activities

University of Lagos is a reputable institution with cutting-edge facilities, albeit certain departments have fewer lecture halls than others. Well-designed and furnished workplaces and laboratories. Great institution

The lecturers in CRUTECH are very friendly with students up to the point that the assist student with their research in other to scale them through their academic pursuit, the lecturers also come to class on time.

Great and breathtaking surroundings with decent facilities. Accomodations are not really that beautiful but still okay. The programme is taking longer because of the ongoing asuu strike, a lot of delay. Great professors too

Architecture with great and wonderful career opportunities and also with good grades and easily earn jobs. Great teaching staffs, great teachers. The accomodations are decent and quite affordable. Classrooms are kept clean

Architecture is a course of many career prospects so getting jobs is easy. The environment is a calm and serene one. Facilities are okay. Teachers here are good and take proper time to take us through everything properly

I guess it’ll be better if the jury system were revised and the lecturers’ motivation and qualifications checked (this is specific to architecture, however). The accommodation system is pretty bad though, it can hardly even cater for 30% of the total student population.

In a school where there is no regard for the student’s welfare, decisions are made without any reference to how it may affect the lives and futures of its students. There’s a strike basically every year, if it’s not asuu, then it is nasu.
