Like I said about my highlights of the school,it gives students, especially working class and business people the flexibility to study at their own pace.

However, one of the downside of the school is that the teaching/lectures isn’t like the convention universities whereby theres often direct and physical interactions between the lecturers and the students. Mostly the students studies by themselves and or vis online classes.

But I must mention the beautiful experience of meeting diverse people,eg working in various sector of the economy and successful,and even young and vibrant students that helps to give a more better human interaction experience.

The National Open University of Nigeria has been a remarkable platform for accessible and flexible higher education. As someone who values lifelong learning and self-paced study, NOUN has offered me an academic journey that fits seamlessly into my lifestyle. Its open and distance learning model is particularly well-suited for working professionals, parents, and individuals who may not be able to attend traditional universities.

One of the things I appreciate most about NOUN is the wide range of accredited programs offered across different faculties, including arts, social sciences, health sciences, education, and more. The quality of study materials is impressive, and the online learning environment is user-friendly and continuously improving.

The university’s nationwide presence with study centres across Nigeria ensures that students can access support services wherever they are. The flexibility in lecture attendance, online resources, and timely tutor-marked assignments makes it easier to balance education with other commitments.

NOUN is also doing a commendable job of embracing technology in education, with the e-Courseware and virtual classrooms helping bridge the gap in traditional face-to-face learning.
