Lagos City Polytechnic, a separate institution, has also developed an Online Learning Management System (LMS) to facilitate e-learning, especially during periods like the COVID-19 lockdowns [2] [3]. This platform supports examination preparation, revision, and online classes, aligning with guidelines from Nigeria’s Federal Ministry of Education for 21st-century pedagogy based on ICT. The National Board for Technical Education (NBTE) also promotes Open, Distance and Flexible e-Learning (ODFeL) across Nigerian TVET institutions, with a 70% online and 30% physical practical session and examination delivery ratio. This learner-centered approach utilizes multimedia tools and occasional face-to-face meetings

Disadvantage
During lecturing we always takes much time than what supposed to be and work overload.
