1) The only thing I’ll wish they can change in federal universities is providing a student accomodations (hostels) 1 person per room with his/her personal toilets. That’ll will really help alot, because living with 4 or more persons per room is really a struggle and can be soo annoying at times especially when it comes to cleanliness.
2) Secondly, I’ll really like for our university to provide us with transport system inside the RSTH campus especially at the front of the hostels, without having to trek all the way to the gate of the hospital before going out to market or somewhere
3) The campus should provide all Admins that are responsible for handling our students issues, like submitting Central Registration for stamping or visisting Bursary and all. Despite it’s location, where there is high degree of hotness during the heat season and also high degree of coldness during the harmattan season; there are good tree plantations to secure the hotness and make it a cool environment also.
I like my university for it’s serene environment and most especially our well qualified lecturers each perfect in their fields. They provide us with study materials necessary and teach us accordingly to the way it is ought to be taught.
Some programs and students outings are organized for students welcoming and also for extracurricular activities.
At the other hand, my university is also a strenuous environment. We are bombarded with study materials with limited time to apprehend or study well to prepare for semester tests and examinations.
Moreover, it should ought to make us more disciplined with our time and concentrate harder on our studies.
