OAU is one of the most prestigious university in Africa. Offering aspiring students the opportunity to study under various academic disciplines. One of the things I really love about this university is the numerous platforms students have to express themselves and grow not only in their academics but other aspects of one’s life that needs to be improved.
Although the school has a rigid and somehow strict curriculum, it’s one of the best places to build resilience for success and academic prowess.
I would recommend OAU to others; specifically those who can work under stress and still pull through.

I studied BSc in Obafemi Awolowo university and i am not happy with my experience whilst in the school. Lecturers act as mini gods to students creating fear within students. No explanatory lecture materials, as such teachings are abstract. Electrical power supply is epileptic. I would not recommend this university to prospective international students. Building on campus lack all forms of maintenance.
