I studied Combined Arts at the University of Nigeria, Nsukka, with a focus on English and Literary Studies alongside History and International Studies. I graduated in 2023. My time at UNN was a real mix of challenges and growth. Academically, the work was demanding but rewarding. The lecturers knew their stuff, and I got to explore so many ideas that really opened up my mind and helped me improve my writing and critical thinking.
Life on campus had its ups and downs, but it was full of energy. There were always events and student activities happening, and I was able to take part in things that helped me build confidence and leadership skills. During NYSC, I even served as President of my CDS group, and that experience taught me a lot about teamwork and responsibility.
However, there were some struggles like power and internet issues, but they taught me how to adapt and keep going. Looking back, I’m grateful for my experience at UNN. It shaped me in a lot of ways, and I’d definitely recommend it to anyone who is serious about learning and ready to make the most of what the school has to offer.
